Designing certificates

Designing certificates


Certificates in MyStudio are issued through the course settings in Studio.

Admins and instructors can configure certificates on a per-course basis under the Schedule & Details section of the course.



Accessing Certificate Settings


  1. Log in to MyStudio.
  2. Go to My Courses and open the course you want to edit.
  3. In the left-hand Studio menu, navigate to:

Schedule & Details > Certificates.

  1. From here, you can set up and configure the course certificate.



Configuring Certificates


Within the Certificates tab, you can:


  • Enable or disable certificates for the course.
  • Set the certificate type (e.g., Verified / Certificate Track).
  • Edit the default certificate text shown to learners.
  • Add instructor names that appear on the certificate.



Custom Logos and Branding


Currently, custom certificate logos and designs are not self-service.

If your institution requires a customized logo or layout on certificates:


  • Please write to support@ebclearning.com with your request.
  • Our team will assist you in applying your custom branding.



Issuance of Certificates


  • Certificates are generated automatically once learners:
  • Meet the passing grade set in the course.
  • Are enrolled in the certificate track.


  • Learners can download their certificates from the Progress tab in their course.



In Summary


Certificates are managed at the course level in MyStudio under Schedule & Details > Certificates.

Admins and instructors can configure text, instructor names, and certificate types.
