How to change or reset EBC Learning password?

If you have forgotten your password OR you simply want to Log In without resetting the password, then you may Log In to your account via OTP. Click on the 'Sign-In with OTP' option, enter your Registered Mobile Number and click on 'Send OTP' as shown in the image below-






Once you have received the OTP, simply enter it and it's done. You can now access your EBC Learning account.


If you've forgotten or want to change or reset your EBC Learning account password without an OTP option, click on Forgot Password? as shown in the image below-



Now enter your registered Email ID or Mobile number to receive OTP for verification-



Enter the OTP you have received on your mobile or E-mail and click on Submit



Now enter the new password that you would use to log in to your account in the future and click on Submit



And it's done, your password will be changed and you can use the same password to log in to your account in the future.
