Navigating your dashboard (MyStudio)
The MyStudio Dashboard is the home page for instructors and administrators.
From here, you can access all the tools you need to create, manage, and monitor courses, playlists, and users.
Main Sections of the Dashboard
- Courses
View all the courses you have created or manage.
From here, you can edit existing courses, create new ones, or re-run past courses.
- Playlists
Access playlists created in MyStudio.
You can edit them, create new playlists, or assign them to users and groups.
- Users & Groups
Manage learners and instructors.
Add new users, create groups, and assign content.
- Reports & Insights
See data about learner activity, course completion, and engagement.
Export reports for analysis and record keeping.
- Templates
Use pre-built templates for courses or playlists to save time.
- Branding & Settings
Customise your institution’s look and feel (logo, theme, certificates, player settings).
- Billing
View subscription details, invoices, and payment history.
How to Use the Dashboard
- Use the navigation menu on the left-hand side to switch between sections.
- Click Create to start a new course or playlist.
- Use the search bar to quickly find courses, playlists, or users.
- Check the Reports & Insights tab regularly to monitor progress and outcomes.
Tips
- Start with Courses and Playlists to set up your learning content.
- Use Users & Groups to organize learners before assigning content.
- Keep your Branding settings up to date so learners see your institution’s identity.
- Use the Admin Dashboard regularly to stay on top of activity and ensure everything is running smoothly.
The MyStudio Dashboard is your command center for content creation, administration, and tracking.
It works hand-in-hand with EBC Learning, where learners consume the content you create.
