Reports & Insights (MyStudio)

The Reports & Insights section in MyStudio gives administrators and instructors the tools to monitor user activity, group performance, certificates, and playlists.

These reports help you evaluate learner engagement, track completions, and ensure training goals are being met.

Types of Reports Available

1. User Reports

• View a list of all registered users.
• See key details including:
• Name
• Email
• Groups they belong to
• Date Joined
• Last Login
• Use this report to track participation and identify inactive users.
• Export user data in one click with the Export button.

2. Group Reports

• Displays information about all created groups.
• Report includes:
• Group Name
• Number of Students
• Group Admin
• Created Date
• Last Modified Date
• Use this report to understand group sizes and update group membership as needed.
• Export for record-keeping or further analysis.

3. Certificate Reports

• Lists certificates that have been generated for learners.
• Columns include:
• Name and Email
• Course Name
• Groups (if applicable)
• Verification ID
• Availability status
• Issued On date
• Use this report to confirm which learners have successfully earned certificates.
• Export certificates data for compliance or institutional records.

4. Playlist Reports

• Tracks usage and performance of playlists created in MyStudio.
• Key details:
• Playlist Name
• Created By
• Number of Students assigned
• Number of Courses included
• Number of Groups linked
• Created At and Last Modified At dates
• Helps administrators see which playlists are actively used and by how many learners.
• Export playlist data for internal review.
