Viewing individual course reports in the Course Instructor tab

As an instructor in MyStudio, you can access detailed reports on learner progress and performance within a specific course.

These reports are available in the Instructor tab of each course and provide insights into enrollment, activity, and grades.

Accessing the Instructor Tab

1. Go to My Courses.
2. Click View Live.
3. Open the course where you want to view learner reports.
4. From the top navigation inside the course, click on Instructor.
5. You will see several sections with tools for monitoring learners and generating reports.

Key Sections in the Instructor Tab

1. Course Info

• Displays important course metadata such as course ID, schedule, and enrollment information.
• Use this section for a quick overview of the course setup.

2. Student Admin

• Search for a specific learner by username or email.
• View their enrollment status, progress, and grades.
• Reset attempts for assessments or grant additional attempts if needed.

3. Data Download

• Generate downloadable reports for the entire course.
• Common reports include:
• Grade Report: Shows each learner’s scores across graded assignments.
• Enrollment Report: Lists all learners currently enrolled.
• Problem Response Report: Provides detailed answers submitted by learners.
• Reports are exported as CSV files for easy analysis outside the platform.

4. Analytics & Monitoring

• Monitor learner activity patterns.
• Check engagement trends such as logins, assignment submissions, and overall course progress.
