What are playlists?

Playlists are curated collections of course content, created and assigned by institutions using MyStudio.

They help learners follow a guided path through selected videos, readings, or modules without enrolling in a full course.

Key Points About Playlists

  • Institution-only feature: Playlists are available only if your institution has subscribed to MyStudio.
  • Assigned by admins/instructors: You cannot create your own playlist as an individual learner.
  • Location: If you are assigned a playlist, it will appear under the My Playlists tab on your Dashboard in EBC Learning.
  • Contents: A playlist may include videos, readings, and other course materials grouped around a theme or skill.

Why Playlists Are Useful

  • Provide a focused learning path without requiring full course enrollment.
  • Help institutions organise skill-based training or topic-specific collections.
  • Enable learners to complete targeted material more quickly.

In Summary

Playlists are institution-assigned collections of course content that appear in the My Playlists tab on your Dashboard.

They allow you to learn from curated materials in a streamlined and guided way.
