Creating and managing groups (MyStudio) In MyStudio, groups make it easy to organize learners and assign content (courses or playlists) to multiple people at once. Instead of assigning learning materials user by user, you can assign them to a group and all members will automatically get access. Assigning roles and permissions (MyStudio) In MyStudio, every user is assigned a role that determines what they can see and do on the platform. Admins can change roles at any time to give users more (or fewer) permissions. Available Roles Learner Default role for students. Can access only the courses and playlists assigned to them. Bulk uploading users (CSV) (MyStudio) In MyStudio, administrators can add multiple users at once using a CSV file upload. This is the fastest way to onboard large groups of learners, instructors, or staff. Adding and managing users (MyStudio) In MyStudio, administrators can add learners, instructors, and staff to the platform.
