Updating your institution profile


The Institution Profile section in MyStudio allows administrators to manage the key details that represent their organization across the platform.

This includes the institution’s name, description, and logo. Keeping this information updated ensures that learners see a consistent and professional identity.



Accessing the Institution Profile


  1. Log in to MyStudio as an Admin.
  2. From the left-hand menu, go to Branding > Institution Profile.
  3. The Institution Profile page will open with editable fields.



Fields You Can Update


  • Name of Institution

Enter the full official name of your institution. This name will appear across courses, playlists, and dashboards.


  • Institution Description

Provide a short description about your institution’s mission, history, or core offerings.

You can use the text editor to format your content with bold, italics, bullet points, or links.


  • Institution Logo

Upload your organization’s logo to display on dashboards, course pages, and certificates.

  • Recommended format: PNG or JPG.
  • Recommended size: At least 500x500px for best quality.



Saving Changes


After entering or updating your institution’s information, click Save.

Updates will immediately reflect across the learner-facing LMS and admin panels.



Best Practices


  • Use the official institution name to avoid confusion.
  • Write a clear and concise description highlighting your mission or training objectives.
  • Upload a high-resolution logo that looks good on both light and dark backgrounds.
